Ginger
Ginger is a great herbal medicine and it has many applications. It is used in Ayurveda, Sidda, Arabic medicine and chinese traditional herbal medicine from thousands of years. It is called as “Universal medicine” as it can cure almost all the diseases. Ayurveda is based on three human conditions namely vayu, Kapha and pitta. Keeping them in equilibrium makes a person healthy.

Ginger can reduce vayu, kapha and pitta when taken with other compounds. The aromatic flavor made it a part of daily food. It is widely grown in Asian countries and USA. The aromatic and noninflammatory property made it the best medicine for throat problems.
Pepper
Pepper is a spice having many herbal qualities. Pepper come in two colors namely black and white. The spice has very rich history and dates back to centuries. Alexander the great knew it’s fragrance when he invaded India and spreaded it’s aroma to the world.

Pepper has many medicinal qualities. It is used in the treatment of a wide range of diseases including but not limited to asthma, tooth-ache, nausea, paralysis, cough, throat infections, indigestion, gastric problems etc.. It is made a part of daily food in Indian subcontinent and in other countries it’s usage is limited compared to India. It is said that pepper will add taste to food and increases appetite.
